Beach Post #1 : Jogan Beach

     During leisure time before entering the lecture, I decided to create a project that is taking all the beaches on the south coast of Yogyakarta.
Then one sunny day me and my friends, Fahmi Ulinuha and Eduardus CB decided to go to a beach called Jogan.
     Actually, this trip is only a speculation at first, because no one else of us who've been there. But when we arrived at our destination, we can still get pictures of some pretty good ..

     Access roads to the beach is not so good for the beach because the beach is not popular enough for the people of Yogyakarta. So to reach the beach is just down the road we initially toward the coast Siung the way was paved. But then, before arriving at the beach there is a junction for the cloves to the beach Jogan. Then we have to trace a path to reach the coast as far as 1km. Indeed, the facility is limited. There is only one small shop, a small parking lot, and a bathroom. But apart from that, the beach is still including the beautiful beaches to be enjoyed ..

High School Final Project : "All that remained, After Disaster"

     After being hit by such a great eruption in 2010 and then, what is left around the volcano Merapi is in ruins the trees and just human settlements. Besides the effects of this disastrous impact on the rivers which flow of cold lava from Merapi.

     Here I present some photo documentation after the 2010 eruption of Merapi. And these photographs are the work of my final project at graduation from high school. And in this photo series there is one photograph which was awarded "Pratita Adhi Karya" of SMSR Yogyakarta. One thing that makes these photographs more meaningful to me personally.

Little Golden Frog..

On a sunny afternoon, I walked the riverside. Looking for a good thing to be photographed ..

After quite a while photographing the river, I'm taking a break in the rocks there on the riverbank.

And it turns out I actually find that quite beautiful animals to be photographed. the golden frog (of course only the color that I mean, lol). and unique frog is very friendly, because I was able to shoot at MFD of my lens (EF 24-70mm f/2.8 L USM) which is about 38cm @ 70mm without making it out of me.

So, I very freely take pictures ..

Walking at Night...

been a while since I did not update this blog.
because I'm pretty busy preparing for college enrollment ..
and can you guess, I'll continue studying at a university art department that provides photography. so, I was preparing for it ..

ok back to the title of this entry, when I started too late with all my busyness, I decided to refreshing for a moment.
even though I visit this place I've been through, I try to visit on foot.
and in fact quite a lot of new things also obtained ..

And here it is some pictures that I took..

Merapi Volcano Reports : part II ( 13 December 2010 )

Selang 5 hari setelah dokumentasi di Kali Gendol dan sekitarnya (8/12), saya kembali ikut mensurvey keadaan daerah bencana Merapi bersama ayah saya di dusun Kepuharjo, kec. Cangkringan, Sleman.

Pada awalnya kami berencana mendata penduduk yang menjadi korban dengan mengambil data beserta foto rumah mereka.

Namun kita tidak mendapat foto rumah penduduk satupun, karena seluruh kampung luluh lantak diterjang lahar panas.

Ya, benar. Seluruh kampung.

Foto-foto berikut ini adalah hamparan pasir dan bebatuan vulkanik yang tadinya adalah sebuah pemukiman penduduk.

[ Within 5 days after the documentation on Kali Gendol and surroundings (8 / 12), I re-joined the Merapi disaster areas to survey the situation with my father in Kepuharjo village, Kec. Cangkringan, Sleman.

At first we planned to record a population who are victims by collecting data and photographs of their homes.

But we do not get any photos of houses, because the entire village destroyed, hit by hot lava.

Yeah, right. The entire village.

The photos here are sand and volcanic rocks which had formerly been a human settlement. ]

Merapi Volcano Reports ( 8 December 2010 )

Tanggal 5 November yang lalu, wilayah kotaku telah dilanda bencana alam berupa erupsi gunung berapi.

Memang, aku sudah tahu bahwa keadaan di sekitar gunung rusak parah.

Tetapi aku tidak mengetahui bahwa ternyata kenyataan lebih buruk dari yang aku bayangkan. Bahkan bisa bisa dibilang justru sama sekali tidak terlintas di pikiranku.

Dan inilah sedikit foto dokumentasi keadaan kali Gendol dan sekitarnya (jalur lahar panas Gunung Merapi).

[ November 5th ago, my city region has been hit by natural disasters in the form of volcanic eruptions.

Indeed, I already know that the circumstances surrounding the volcano were severely damaged.

But I do not know that the reality was worse than I imagined. It could even be spelled out precisely nothing crossed my mind.
